Yogurt is one of the perfect foods. Not only is it high in protein but it also contains potassium and calcium. A single serving of Chobani, non-fat plain yogurt packs 14g of protein in an 80 calories cup.
Yogurt is also an ingredient found in many recipes or can be a healthy substitute for sour cream, buttermilk or even eggs in baking. It’s perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack.
