This recipe is ideal for breakfast, dessert or a late night snack. An assortment of fruits, nuts, seeds, coconut or even chocolate chips are delightful when layered with yogurt. I use vanilla flavored greek yogurt with this recipe. This recipe serves two.
1 cup vanilla flavored greek yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup blueberry fruit spread
2 mint leaves
- Spoon ingredients into a decorative glass, alternating layers of yogurt, blueberry spread, blueberries and walnuts. Finishing with a dollop of yogurt and a sprig of mint.
