Tzatziki is one of my favorite sauces. It’s quick and easy to make and pairs nicely with roasted chicken, pork or lamb. It’s also yummy as a veggie dip. Start with yogurt, add in some cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, salt and minced parsley or dill.

I consider yogurt a staple in my pantry; Chobani is the best. I always have a large tub of plain in my refrigerator.


  • 1 cup of plain, greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber; peeled and seeds removed

  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed

  • Juice from one lemon

  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, minced


  • Mix the ingredients together and serve. Simple as that.
