Don’t get me wrong, I love pork sausage. I dream about my sister’s biscuits with sausage gravy. This recipe, while not low carb or low cal, does contain less fat. You could omit the bread and go with the eggs, pork and tomatoes. This recipe makes two sliders.
6 ounces pork cube steak, grilled
4 tomato slices
1 Focaccia roll, sliced
- Fry two eggs over hard.
- Grill the cube steak or warm grilled cube steak leftover from a previou night’s meal.
- Lightly toast the Focaccia bread.
- Assemble the slider by placing the egg on one side and then the pork. Place the tomato on the other side of the bread.
