This salad uses two varieties of radishes; the traditional red radishes found in most grocery stores and the Daikon radish. Radishes have a spicy tang to them so I add avocado and a baby kale, green leaf lettuce mixture. This salad is served with an apple cider vinaigrette dressing sweetened with sugar.

6 Red radishes, sliced in wedges
1/3 cup Daikon radish, thinly sliced
1/2 Avocado
2 cups Salad greens
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Water
1 teaspoon Sugar

  1. Place the salad greens in a bowl, drizzle on 1 tablespoon olive oil and toss with a sprinkle of salt.
  2. Mix the other tablespoon of olive oil with the apple cider vinegar, water and sugar.
  3. Slice the radishes and avocado and add to salad.
  4. Coat with salad dressing.
  5. Serve.
